Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim efficiently, we require clear photographs showing the issue.

What Happens Next

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement print, or
  • A full refund, including any shipping charges paid

If a return is required, we will:

  • Supply a prepaid return label, or
  • Arrange the collection of the item

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong artwork or size, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Resolution

We will:

  • Send the correct item at no additional cost

In some cases, we may request the incorrect item to be returned, with all return shipping costs covered by us.

Change of Mind

As all Post-Age Print Art framed pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

For posters (unframed prints), we offer limited flexibility. If you wish to exchange your poster for another design or request a store credit:

  • The poster must be returned in its original condition
  • It must be securely packed in its original tube packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

We recommend carefully reviewing your artwork selection, size, and details before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of:

  • Confirmation of the issue, or
  • Receipt of the returned item (if applicable)
