1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Print Art by Post-Age website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
2. Products
All products sold by Print Art by Post-Age are physical fine art prints.
We do not provide digital downloads of any artwork.
Due to the specialised production process — including embossing and metallic gold and silver foil detailing — our artworks cannot be accurately reproduced via digital format.
All wine label artwork is reproduced with permission. In accordance with agreements with wineries, digital files are not supplied, and artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited.
No Digital Distribution
All Print Art by Post-Age works are sold exclusively as physical fine art prints. Digital downloads or printable files are not supplied.
Due to the specialised production process — including embossing and metallic gold and silver foil detailing — the artworks cannot be accurately reproduced via digital output.
Furthermore, pursuant to licensing permissions and agreements with participating wineries, label artwork must not be distributed digitally or made available for third-party reproduction.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
SHIPPING POLICY
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
5. Shipping Within Australia
All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard Delivery.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
Customers may select a Fast or Express Delivery option at checkout. Express orders are fulfilled via Australia Post Express or trusted local courier partners, depending on destination and availability.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
6. International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.
Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control.
7. Packaging
All unframed posters are professionally rolled and packaged in durable protective cardboard tubes to ensure safe transit.
Framed artworks are carefully secured in reinforced shipping boxes and dispatched via courier service only to provide additional protection during delivery.
Framed posters are supplied with Perspex (acrylic glazing) for safety and durability. Glass framing is not available.
LOST, DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days.
We will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
Print Art by Post-Age is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
10. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
11. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of fine art prints, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before purchase.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Copyright & Use
All artwork, designs, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Print Art by Post-Age and/or used under licence.
No part of this website or its artworks may be reproduced, distributed, stored, or transmitted without written permission.
Digital copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any artwork is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
15. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Print Art by Post-Age shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
COLOUR VARIATION DISCLAIMER
16. Colour Accuracy
Due to differences in screen calibration and device displays, colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen.
